The safety and care of your dog is our number one priority.

We will spend time getting to know your dog and understand from you any specifics that enable us to take the best possible care of them.

Whilst in our care every dog will be provided with a Knox and Hound ID tag on them with our contact details.

We have invested in a custom fit vehicle to ensure your dog travels safely and comfortably. Our van features full electronic ventilation, purpose built fixed and lined crates with front and rear access.

Our team have completed an accredited Pet First Aid Course in the unlikely event your dog needs first aid. Jaki has also completed a Pet Sitting & Dog Walking Diploma and is CRB checked.

With your pre-authorised consent should your dog require veterinary attention we will take them to our registered local veterinary practice.

We require each new client to fill out a Client Questionnaire for their dog so we can give them the best possible care and attention.
Transport
Our Knox & Hound Vans
Our Knox & Hound van's have been custom built to transport your dog's safely and securely. They have been fitted with secure cages that are fully ventilated. Our priority is to ensure the safety of your animals during transit, therefore each cage is fitted with front and rear hatches which allow for an alternative access in the unlikely event of an accident.
