"Milly is so precious to our family and after struggling with inexperienced care for her in the past we were so happy to find Knox and the Hound. Their extensive knowledge and passion for dogs immediately put us at ease. Milly is a 5 year old Cockapoo with lots of energy and we use Knox and the Hound regularly as they understand the breed and Milly is always so excited for her walks. Dog Sitting:
"I have used Jaki at Knox and Hound a number of times to look after my Lurcher when I am on a long holiday or even just for the weekend. Leaving your home in the hands of a stranger is not easy but Jaki is a very conscientious house guest and I trust her implicitly.
I know my dog Samuel gets all the love and affection he needs (and more) from Jaki. She also mirrors and maintains the same discipline and training we do ourselves to ensure consistency. Samuel loves her, which is of course the most important thing."

Dog Walking:
"Being a Lurcher owner comes with its own trails and tribulations. This has not deterred Jaki from looking after my dog who has a fairly high prey drive and likes to run. Fast. Jaki asked all the right questions to understand his quirks and also asked for videos of my whistle recall command to help her mirror this when she takes him out. I know Sam always gets his full hour (and sometimes more) with Jaki. I get regular pictures of him having fun and updates on his antics. She loves dogs and loves seeing them healthy and happy."
